About Bruna
Bruna, born and raised in Barcelona, connected with Asia at a young age. During the last decade she studied in China and India. Her interest in human nature, health and well-being inspired her to study nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture and yoga.
Bruna integrates yoga and TCM into her classes in a simple manner allowing students to enjoy, understand and experience “re-balancing” benefits.
Bruna’s classes are based on meridian hatha yoga, yin yoga and acupressure release. It is through the breath and slow mindful movement that Bruna’s students relax, nourish their entire body and discover deep understanding and freedom within.
Bruna brings a therapeutic, accessible and light approach to yoga. She shares balanced body movements, practical tools and knowledge to help students restore harmony and well-being.
It is Bruna’s intention to enable her students to listen to and fulfil their unique needs.
