ST SAUVEUR 

A beautiful opportunity to share practices to reconnect, deepen your practice and nurture yourself in a serene setting.

Together we’ll explore what nourishes the body, soothes the mind and warms the heart. Unfurl into stillness, peace and vibrant aliveness.

The following simple generous practices sprinkled throughout the day :

  • Yoga Nidra – settling into deep rest and a heartfelt intention

  • Meditative Movement – traveling with awareness into the body

  • Pranayama – sensing into the rivers of energy within

  • Restorative and Yin Shapes – softening, releasing, and expanding into stillness

  • Nāda Yoga – bathing in the vibrations of the harmonium and mantra

  • Seated or Reclining Meditations – space to simply be.

Attune to what’s possible and journey into spring with an open heart, an awake mind and peaceful being.

At 13:00, we'll pause for lunch and a stroll before returning to re-continue our practices together until 16:30.

Note: for those who prefer not to drive or do not have a car, car-sharing options will be available to make the journey as easy as possible.
