Individuals + Small Groups

Sonsie facilitates private sessions, at a location of your choice or online, curated for you.

Sonsie holds a safe space for you to rediscover and explore your authentic sense of wellbeing. 

You will be encouraged to honour and draw upon your natural strengths while gaining insight into stuck, stagnant, unconscious patterns of your body/mind. 

As you liberate yourself from these patterns your true nature is revealed. It is simply a practice of remembering, inhabiting and expanding into what is already whole within you.

The intention is to develop your inner resources for you to navigate everyday life with clarity of mind, an open heart and a peaceful being.

You are unique. Sonsie’s offerings reflect this. Therefore, private yoga and/or mentoring sessions with Sonsie will vary from person to person.

The sessions may include techniques such as:

  • Yogāsana (yoga postures)

  • Intuitive movement

  • Pranayama

  • Meditation

  • Mentoring

Mentoring with Sonsie supports establishing a respectful dialogue and includes:

  • Encouragement of self-reflection

  • Acknowledging what is

  • Cultivating acceptance and trust

  • Amplifying clarity

  • Establishing clear intentions or goals

  • Orientation and exploration of possibilities

  • Commitment to specific, realistic, achievable ways forward

  • Opportunity for review and follow-up

Pricing per hour ranges from $100 NZD – $130 NZD depending on time, needs, location + regularity. Longer sessions are available on request.

Workplace Yoga + Meditation

BRING YOGA TO YOUR WORKPLACE

Sonsie has taught regular and one-off yoga classes in a wide variety of workplaces including major healthcare institutions, universities, accountancy firms, I.T. startups, bank headquarters and more.

Why might yoga and meditation in the workplace be of benefit?

  • Relieves stress

  • Increases mindfulness in the workplace

  • Allows your staff team to bond away from a coffee cup

  • Gives a mental and physical boost to begin the day, or prepare for the after-lunch working afternoon

  • Cultivates strength and mobility counteracting the day of hunching over the desk/computer/phone

Pricing per hour ranges from $120 NZD – $150 NZD depending on time, needs, location and regularity. Online sessions are also available.
